A book is born

Writing ...    ... and writing ... ... and writing ...Until – four years later – there is somehow a manuscript. Then editing and editing and editing ... until the final thesis is submitted

     Then it's the design and layout, and those endless InDesign possibilities.Until it's time to send it off to the printer ... and wait for the proofs to come. The painstaking line editing, in the full knowledge that there's no going back after this and, finally, the anxiety inducing signature of the proof approval and the authorization to print.

Then wait...

Until, one day, this arrives on the front porch.

But Wait!

That's not the end. Fifteen books will have a hand made element.This is what 180 photographs look like – 15 x 12.12 photographs must be hand cut, and affixed with 720 photograph corners into 15 books ... before it's done.
